I will need help with the following:
Teachers/parent help 3:45pm-5:00pm. ( 3-5 people)
- I need help with feeding the student pizza at CMS
- Monitoring students in band rooms
- Making sure they getting changed in concert black
- Monitoring the bathrooms
- Help with navigating the students to the busses for transport to the auditorium
5:00pm – 6:15pm at the auditorium
- I need some parents /teachers monitoring kids in the audience (Sitting/standing near students to make sure they are quiet while I warm up and tune the bands before the performance.)
- Monitor kids using restrooms
- Checking in kids who have been dropped off at the auditorium.
- Making sure students put belongings in designated places behind the stage.
6:30pm concert
- All parents and chaperones relax and enjoy the concert.
- Teachers/administrators will be near the students at this point to monitor behavior.
