Payment Schedule
1st Deposit of $250 is Due October 26th (Required deposit to go on trip)
2nd Payment of $200 is Due January 18th
3rd Payment of $175 is Due February 15th
· Once the deposit has been made it is expected that your child will be going on this trip. If you pay the deposit and your child is removed from going on the trip you are still responsible for paying the full amount for the trip.
· Please look at the tentative itinerary.
· A Disney trip meeting will take place in April 2019 for all parents and students. Date and time TBA.
· Please make checks payable to Clover Middle School.
· Chaperones will be announced at a later time.

Thursday May 2nd
Depart Clover, SC at 5:00 AM Stop for lunch on the way to Disney
Arrive in Orlando around 1pm
Hotel check-in Load buses around 2:30 Head toAnimal Kingdom park 3pm Lunch and dinner at own expense Back to hotel by 10:30pm (ETA) Lights out 10:30pm
Friday May 3rd
Wake up at 7am Breakfast at hotel 7:00-8:15am Load buses for Disney performance/park by 8:30am
Performance as scheduled by Disney Performing Arts On Stage TBA
Head toDisney’s Hollywood Studios after performance
Lunch and dinner at own expense in park Back to hotel by 10:30pm (ETA) Lights out 10:30pm
Saturday May 4th
Wake up at 7am Breakfast at hotel 7:00-8:15am
Head to Disney’s Magic Kingdom Lunch and dinner at own expense in park Back to hotel by 10:30pm (ETA) Lights out 10:30pm
Sunday May 5th
Wake up at 7am Breakfast at hotel 7:00-8:15am
Breakfast at hotel followed by check-out Load buses by 9am
Head to Disney’s Epcot Lunch at own expense in park
Depart for home at 2:00 PM Stop for dinner around 6pm
Arrive back at Clover Middle School at 10:00PM (ETA)
