Mandatory Performance Tonight for 8th Grade

8th grade mandatory performance tonight at the Clover School District Auditorium. The concert starts at 6:30pm.

Here is the itinerary for today:

CSDA Pre-Festival Concert
· 3:00pm Students will report to the band room after school
· 3:00pm – 3:30pm Students will have Pizza man, chips, and water
· 3:30pm-5:15pm students will rehearse in the band room
· 5:15pm-5:45pm students will change into concert black attire
· 5:45pm students will depart for the Clover School District Auditorium
· 6:00pm Students will arrive at the CSDA

· 6:30pm the pre -festival concert begins
- HS Wind Ensemble
- CMS 8th Grade Band
- OMS 8th Grade Band
- HS Symphonic Band

· Students can leave after the OMS middle school band concert is finished. Students are encouraged to stay for the remaining High School performance.

· All CMS students will sit together through the first three performances. Again, After OMS is done preforming I will release the students to sit with their families for the final performance or you may take your child home.

· All CMS students will be receiving a grade for this mandatory performance. Failure to show up will result in the student not going to the state concert band festival on March 23rd
