Region Band Information (Select Students Only)

Below is the List of students who will be auditioning at Woodruff High School in Woodruff SC on January 12th 2019.

All students will need to have their own transportation to the event.  If students can not find their own transportation please let Mr. Gibson know so he can find transportation to the event for your child.

All students will need to have their audition ticket with them to audition if they do not have their ticket they will not be allowed to audition.  Students will receive their audition ticket before they leave this Friday.

Students should report to Woodruff High School approximately one hour before the scheduled audition time. Students will need  to warm up and find the audition room upon arrival.  After the audition you may leave.  Results will not be finalized until about a week after auditions.

The band concert is still on for tonight. The concert starts at 6:30pm in the Clover School District Auditorium.

BAND SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF 12-10-18 - 12-14-18

Monday - JAZZ BAND PRACTICE IN THE MORNING 7am-8:10am
TUESDAY - WINTER CONCERT AT THE AUDITORIUM
Wednesday- Morning Practice for any one before school.
Thursday- Morning Practice for any one before school.
FRIDAY- NO HONOR BAND PRACTICE/ NO JAZZ BAND PRACTICE

Winter Concert Info.

Our winter concert will be December 11^th at 6:30pm in the Clover School District Auditorium.  All students will need to wear concert black attire. All students will be receiving a grade for their performance.  Students will need to stay the entire time to receive full credit for the performance. If you have any questions about what the expectations are for the winter concert please email Mr. Gibson.

We will be bussing our students to the auditorium after school on December 11^th at 4:15pm to make it convenient for our band parents. PLEASE PICK YOUR CHILD UP AFTER THE CONCERT AT THE CLOVER SCHOOL DISTRICT AUDITORIUM. THE CONCERT SHOULD ONLY LAST APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.  

Dinner will provide for the students from 3:30pm-4:15pm at CMS before loading the buses to the Auditorium. 

OR

If you would prefer to take your child to the auditorium call time will be 5:00pm at the Clover School District Auditorium.
