First Deposit of $150 Is Due November 26th To Secure Your Spot For The 7th and 8th Grade Atlanta Trip

Possible Atlanta Trip For 7th and 8th Grade

Currently we have 36 students interested in going on this optional trip. There has been over 75 students between the 7th and 8th grade that has expressed interest in going to Atlanta.

Please fill out the survey to help me determine if we will have enough interest to have a band perform on this trip. The survey does not serve a commitment on going. Your first payment due on November 26th will serve as your commitment on going on this trip. If we do not have enough students to have a band you will receive your deposit back.

Winter Concert December 16th 6:30pm in the Clover School District Auditorium

Our annual winter concert is December 16th. This is a mandatory event for all band students. Students not in attendance will receive a 0% for a test grade. All students will need to be in concert black attire for this event. (Boys black dress pants, black dress shirt, black belt, and black dress shoes. Ladies black dress is school dress code or black slacks, black top, and dress shoes.) You may purchase the students attire anywhere you would like. If you have any questions please email Mr. Gibson.

Jazz Band Today After School

Region band practice/ anybody who wants to get better on their instrument practice on Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday After School from 3:45pm-5:00pm

I will be available to help out region band students on their audition material on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:45pm-5:00pm. These rehearsals are optional.

I will also be available to help any student in any grade to get better on their instrument during this time. All band members are welcome to come.

Students should be practicing daily. Please make sure instruments go home and practice what was rehearsed during the day. This is the only way we can retain the information and improve.
