ALL CLASSES WILL NEED THEIR BAND BOOK BY OCTOBER 1st.

Band Tee Shirts

Students and parents can order a clover band tee shirt.  All students will be receiving an order form on the first day of school. If you have any questions please email Mr. Gibson. nicholas.gibson@clover.k12.sc.us

Make checks payable to:Clover Middle School - Band

Send order form and money to Mr. Gibson. Please have your money enclosed in an envelope with the students name on it. Also, label the envelope “Tee Shirt Money.”

Tee Shirt Orders will be taken from Monday August 20^thand will end Friday, September 7^th. The tee shirt order will be placed on September 7^th. 

Students should receive their tee shirts in by September28th. 

Please know students will wear their tee shirt at some band functions throughout the year.  This is not a part of their concert attire.

Great First Day!!

Students,

Awesome job on the first day of school!! 7th and 8th grade will play today after we review our new classroom procedures. 

7th and 8th grade students who play on a school owned instrument will be getting their instrument today.  

In order to take a school owned instrument home a form must be signed and returned to Mr. Gibson.  (6th, 7th, and 8th)

6th grade will review and play out of their essential elements book today!

All 6th grade band students will need to purchase Essential Elements 2000 Book 1 for their instrument by October 1st. You can order the book online from amazon or any music retailer. (Please order this book for the instrument your child plays.)

6th Grade Mini Band Camp

There will be a mini band camp for all 6th grade band students on August 16th and 17th.  (8:30am-3:00pm) Please plan on bringing your instrument essential elements book 1 and a bag lunch if you plan on attending. This is not mandatory but is highly recommended for the students to get as head start on playing their instrument.
