6th and 7th grade Carowinds Trip is Cancelled for May 13th

Parents,

The 6th and 7th grade trip to Carowinds has been cancelled.  Music in the parks, ( the company who sets the performances) does not have a performance venue on May 13th and just notified me they are cancelling all of the ensembles who signed up on that day.  ALL parents will be receiving a refund in the mail through the school once Music in the parks returns the funds through the school.  We anticipate parents receiving their refund by the end of May.

Please make sure to complete the form that will go to students tomorrow in class. More information will be provided ASAP. Again, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this is out of my control. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
